Mindfulness is the essential basis for our entire approach. Often this remains unseen to the client due to the pressing nature of their overall condition.
Some clients respond directly to mindfulness and attunement to the coherence and transparency of the now.
The mindfulness we espouse seeks to have an instant, ongoing and permanent effect in our day-to-day life. Its practice is equivalent to meditation in action. Its dynamic is threefold:
Observe, allow and release the manifestation of the functions of the body;
Observe, allow and release the manifestation of the functions of the emotions;
Observe, allow and release the manifestation of the functions of the thoughts.
This can result in:
Liberating the observer from identification, resulting in experience of oneself as spaciousness, lightness and compassion.
A dynamic interplay results in the gradual dis-identification from the functions yielding a greater, repeatable ability to see the patterns that the three functions create and the mechanics of identification.
Our coaching process can at times run parallel to therapeutic sessions.
